Our Help Desk will redirect your request to the first free field technician who will come out on the location to solve the problem, all with minimal interference to the operation of the store.
Each team of technicians has a certain amount of spare parts in their base, but if it is needed a part that is currently unavailable, M.A.I. will enable and deliver it in as soon as possible.
