Our service includes:
- Initial preventive maintenance – a thorough inspection and verification of system functionality at the beginning of cooperation.
- Regular annual preventive maintenance – scheduled maintenance performed once or several times per year to prevent failures and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- On-site repair of minor issues – quick replacement of faulty parts and restoring equipment to full function without unnecessary delays.
- Module or device replacement for major failures – in case of significant damage, we provide a replacement module, machine or peripheral device to ensure system continuity.
- Repairs at the MAI service center – faulty components are sent to our certified service facility for repair and testing before being put back into operation.

Our help desk coordinates all service activities, from receiving service requests to dispatching technicians to the field. Customer support is available every day of the year from 6:00 to 22:30, and malfunctions can be reported by phone or email.
