Compliance with Croatian regulations

- E-invoice fiscalization (F2)
The system automatically generates and sends structured fiscalization messages to the Tax Administration for all outgoing and incoming e-invoices, in accordance with the new Fiscalization 2.0 regulations. From January 1, 2026, the Croatian tax system requires businesses to issue and receive e-invoices with mandatory fiscalization. Power HQ fully automates this process. As soon as an e-invoice is issued, the system extracts the required data and sends them to the Tax Administration for fiscalization, eliminating manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors. - Fiscalization of receipts (F1)
For retail needs in B2C scenarios, Power HQ can also operate in combination with F1 fiscalization of receipts issued to individuals. This means that in stores where cash receipts are issued to consumers, the system can manage sending these receipts for F1 fiscalization as required, covering the end-customer business model as well. - Electronic invoices
Power HQ enables sending and receiving e-invoices via authorized information intermediaries such as FINA, Moj e-Račun, and PEPPOL, in accordance with national and European standards. According to regulations, all items on an e-invoice must include appropriate product classification codes, known as KPD codes.
