Our Help Desk team is here to make your work easier and ensure that your in-store systems operate smoothly. Every day we assist stores across Croatia and work to resolve each issue quickly, clearly and efficiently. Our trained specialists use modern tools for remote diagnostics and support, which means that most issues can be solved without waiting and without unnecessary downtime.

What we do for you

We provide support for all challenges related to software, hardware and IT infrastructure in the retail environment. This includes:

Our team works in line with your store opening hours, ensuring you always have support when you need it.

  • Monday to Saturday: 6:00 to 22:30
  • Sundays and holidays: 6:30 to 22:00
